All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices quoted in our website includes Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST is applied to all orders within Australia on taxable items. Overseas orders are GST exclusive.

Shipping charge is displayed during checkout process, where you can view the final cost of your order before providing us with any personal information. Should you enter the wrong address at the time of ordering, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.

Price commitment is made on the placement of the order. We endeavour to ensure accurate pricing on our website. We will do our best to notify our customers and clients of discrepancies due to changes in prices.

All orders must be paid for prior to shipping. We will notify you immediately if there are any delays when processing your order. Please note that we only accept Visa and Master Card for credit card payments. A cancellation after 12 hours of the time of order placement is not possible. All orders must be checked & lodged within 14 days of receipt and any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders received are usually processed and despatched within 2-3 working days. We cannot guarantee despatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. Once the order has been processed, any changes will be treated as a new order.

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping within Australia. However, for overseas orders, shipping charge will be added to your account after arrangement of pickup with our Provider. Heavy and large items, such as tanks, weights, etc. are delivered by courier and we reserve the right to charge you additional freight costs.
