Deep Diver

Melbourne is home to some of Australia's best deep diving sites, including submarines, shipwrecks and spectacular walls and drop offs. The PADI deep diver course will enable you to participate, explore and learn more about these areas.

The PADI Deep Diver course covers more than just diving deeper. It is about dive planning, descents / ascents, buoyancy control, proper weighting, buddy contact, equipment considerations, gas management and proper deep diving techniques and attitudes.
This will all be discussed during two nights of theory and then demonstrated and evaluated during the 4 open water-training dives.

Prerequisites

• PADI Advanced Open Water certification (or qualifying certification from another organisation)
• Minimum age: 15 years old
