Divers: Macy, Mitch, Zara, Mitch and Tim

Conditions at Dragons’ Lair were challenging for our Open Water students with poor visibility and surge due to its location outside the heads off Pt.Londsdale. However, they were up to the challenge and successfully completed the dive. Inside the bay at ‘The Grotto’ we had much better conditions for our second dive with good viz and calm seas. With all their skills completed on the previous dive, the students were able to enjoy the abundant fish life the site has to offer, including a number of Blue Devils. They completed their dive with a well-executed ascent whilst drifting slowly along with the tidal current.
