Divers: Matt & Mark

Mornington is the perfect site for trying out new equipment, so when Matt picked up his brand new Santi Drysuit it was off to Mornington we went. Diving in a drysuit is not difficult, it just takes a little guidance & some time in the water practicing. The mussel boat was doing a clean out so the water at the entry point didn’t look all that inviting, but once we swam past the boats the water cleared up. The sun was shining & being an unofficial Melbourne holiday the pier was packed with fisherman, however we did not see one fish under the pier. We did see a lot of the  indigenous 11 Arm sea stars & only one baby Northern Pacific sea star was is very promising.
