Divers: Bill, Alex & Mark

In preparation for boat dives tomorrow, we wanted to complete a confined water session at Mornington. This will put us in good stead for the Canberra & J4 Sub dives. Conditions were perfect as we arrived at the pier, after a coffee & a dive brief ing we entered the water for a casual 75 minute dive, the first thing we see, as we descend, is a huge Smooth Back Ray and although we were there to hone our skills the aquatic life was amazing!! We attracted quite a bit of attention as we entered the water with all of our tech gear, even from other the divers, wondering what all the tanks were about. Staying with our mantra of ‘training as we dive’ there’s no point doing a confined water session & not diving with ALL of the gear required for a tech dive 🙂
