arriving at 8.00am, it was obvious that today was going to be a busy day, the carpark was over half full, with just about every car were divers. I think every dive shop in Melbourne had the same idea. There was plenty to see, all the usual suspects were there, including some really nice Octopus, however the star attraction was the giant Smoothy Back Ray. Our crew swam out to Elsa’s Reef, the viz was about 10m & the water temperature was 19 degrees. For some that wasn’t enough & they went on to finish off their dive the Evian – one of the small wrecks at Rye Pier.
