With all boat dives cancelled again this weekend, we wanted to make the most of our time. We had been asked to get some video footage of the Vultee Vengeance (off Altona) plane, using an ROV. This was the first time we have used the ROV since receiving our training on the unit a month ago. After all the rain we had this week we knew the viz wasn’t going to be great, but it was good enough to get our work done and demonstrate that the ROV is a very useful tool when searching for wrecks.
