Divers: Victor, Elizabeth, Matt, Mitch, and James
We had a great dive at Davies Bay on Friday late afternoon. Entering from the beach the dive initially didn’t look too exciting however as we swam further out along the point the dive became increasingly more interesting. We swam to about five meters deep. Water temperature was 22 degrees. The reef bottom is really beautiful with plenty of wildlife hiding in the cracks, crevasses, and overhangs. Interestingly, because the bay is frequented by spear fishers, we observed the fish life to be far more timid than at other locations. It was a really enjoyable dive site that we will be revisiting again soon.
